YuMake Mookie (Muesli Cookie) Baking Mix
1 egg
1/3 cup oil OR 80gm melted butter

Directions

Whisk egg in a mixing bowl
Add oil OR melted butter
Mix until well combined
Firmly press 2/3 of mixture into lined cheesecake pan (23cm)
Bake 180 deg Celsius for 10-12min
BONUS! Roll up remaining dough into 6 small cookies and gently press onto a lined tray. Bake 10min.
